Because Sambo Setups provides instantly delivered digital products (including iRacing car setups and setup files), all sales are final and non-refundable once purchase has been completed and access has been granted.

When a customer purchases or subscribes, digital content becomes available immediately. Due to the nature of digital goods, we are unable to offer refunds for:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect purchase

• Lack of use

• Dissatisfaction with personal performance or results

• One off purchases

• Monthly subscriptions

• Annual subscriptions

• Elite driver tiers

• Custom setups

Fair Use & Genuine Mistakes

 

We understand that genuine mistakes can happen. In cases such as:

• Accidentally purchasing the same setup twice

• Accidentally purchasing both a one-off setup and a subscription

• Duplicate subscription purchases

• Obvious checkout errors

We will always do our best to make it right.

This may include:

​

• Refunding the duplicate purchase

• Providing store credit

• Extending your membership period

Our goal is that every customer leaves happy and supported. We're not a multinational company but we do care and we do believe we offer the best setups and at the lowest price.
