These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Sambo Setups website and any products or services purchased from or accessed through it. By purchasing, subscribing, or accessing any content via Sambo Setups, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.

 

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this website or purchase any products or services.

About Sambo Setups

Sambo Setups is a digital business operated by Sam Brooks, providing sim racing setup files for use in iRacing and related simulations. Setups are created in collaboration with Gianni Lutzu and are provided as downloadable digital files.

Products & Services Offered

Sambo Setups provides the following types of digital products and services:

  • One-off setup purchases

  • Monthly subscription access

  • Annual subscription access

  • Elite Driver Tier with custom setups

  • Custom setup services

  • Access to a members-only Setup Library

  • ​

All products are digital and delivered electronically.

No physical goods are shipped.

Payment Methods Accepted

We currently accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit & Debit Cards (including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Discover, UnionPay and others)

  • PayPal

  • Apple Pay

  • Google Pay

  • Clearpay (Buy Now, Pay Later)

  • Klarna (Buy Now, Pay Later)

All payments are processed securely through Wix Payments and authorised payment partners.

Pricing & Currency

All prices on Sambo Setups are displayed in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

Your bank or card provider may apply its own exchange rates or fees if paying in another currency. Sambo Setups is not responsible for any additional bank or conversion charges applied.

Subscriptions & Automatic Billing

Some services are provided on a subscription basis, including:

• Monthly Subscription Plan

Billed every 30 days from the date of purchase.

• Annual Subscription Plan

Billed once per year and provides access for 12 months from the date of purchase.

• Elite Driver Tier

Billed monthly and includes access to all setups as well as two custom setups per month.

All subscriptions:

  • Renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle

  • May be cancelled at any time by the user

  • Remain active until the end of the current billing period after cancellation

By purchasing a subscription, you authorise Sambo Setups to automatically charge your chosen payment method on each renewal date unless cancelled beforehand.

Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable once access has been granted.

In cases of genuine error (such as duplicate purchase), we will always aim to reach a fair and reasonable resolution.

Delivery of Digital Content

Upon successful payment, access to products and services is granted instantly via:

  • Direct download

  • Members-only library access

  • Email (for custom setups where applicable)

It is the user’s responsibility to ensure that their email and account details are correct at the time of purchase.

Usage Rights & Restrictions

All setups and files provided by Sambo Setups are for personal use only.

You may NOT:

  • Resell any setup

  • Share setup files with others

  • Upload them to other websites, forums, or platforms

  • Redistribute them in any form

  • Modify and re-sell them as your own

Any unauthorised distribution will result in:

  • Immediate termination of access

  • Possible legal action

  • A permanent ban from the service

All intellectual property rights remain with Sambo Setups.

Custom Setup Service (Elite Tier)

Elite Driver Tier members receive two custom setups per month as agreed.

Custom setups:

  • Are created based on information provided by the customer

  • Are for personal use only

  • Cannot be resold or redistributed

  • Are non-refundable once delivered

Turnaround time is typically 48–72 hours but may vary during busy periods.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sambo Setups shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect or consequential loss

  • Loss of data, income or profits

  • Hardware or software malfunctions

  • Game account losses or bans

  • Any errors caused by third-party software/platforms (including iRacing)

Our maximum liability in any case shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the relevant product or service.

Performance Disclaimer

Racing performance will vary based on many factors including driver skill, equipment, conditions, and car behaviour.

Sambo Setups makes no guarantee of lap time improvement or race result outcomes, and is not responsible for any performance-related results or losses.

All setups are used at the customer’s own discretion and risk.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the United Kingdom.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the United Kingdom.
